About the Bean:
La Esperanza is a small farm located in the village of Palestina, Huila. This region has all the conditions needed to produce exceptional coffee: high elevation, rich soil, consistent rainfall, and cool temperatures. However, craftsmanship and dedication are what set the best coffees in this region above the rest.
This lot from La Esperanza is a fine example of this. Expect to find notes of red apple, berries and stone fruit. Sweet, blanched and mellow – a classic Colombian.
